The Registered Office address is and can be separate to your business/trading address. As this is the official legal address of the company it must be maintained at all times to keep the company compliant.

All company formation agents, including ourselves, have a legal requirement under the Money Laundering Regulations to check Proof of ID and Address in respect of any service that includes address services. Do not worry, the majority of customers successfully pass our ID checks, with minimal impact. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you for further information. Please note that for address and other recurring services, as we do not have direct access to the ID used for the Companies House ID verification process, we have to complete our own internal verification relating to the ID and address of Directors and/or beneficial owners to comply with the required regulations.
