What can I do if I am unhappy with the service?

Customer service is a main priority and if you have any concerns we would encourage you to contact us in order that we can sort them out promptly. We feel that many problems are often caused by misunderstandings, and usually can be sorted quickly. Please contact our customer service manager or the customer service agent who advised you by calling 0207 613 8161, and he or she may be able to sort out the problem to your satisfaction.

How to make a formal complaint

In the event you continue to be dissatisfied with the service you have received and you have not been able to reach a satisfactory outcome with our customer service manager or support team, you can make a formal complaint by email to . Please include a subject heading of 'Customer Complaint' and supply your full name and order number.

What happens next?

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours. We will then look into the issues raised and aim to provide you with a full response within 24 hours. If the issue is complex and is likely to take a little longer to respond fully we will keep you updated of the position and when you can expect a full response.

If we are unable to address your complaint to your satisfaction you have the right to take the issue up with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
