When you register as a Director of a company you have to provide an address which will be shown on public record at Companies House. This can be your residential address or you can provide an alternative as long as you can be contacted if required in respect of official business relating to the company.
There are three good reasons why it is good to have a Service address service for each Director:
1. London E2 is a prestigious address for your company
2. Your residential address is no longer on public record
3. You no longer receive junk mail
The use of our London address as the service address for the director.
All official government mail posted to you, if within the UK, which includes governing bodies such as Companies House and HMRC.
All official government mail, emailed to you, if outside of the UK, which includes governing bodies such as Companies House and HMRC. (If documents are required to be posted we will charge Royal Mail postal rates plus 10%)
This service is charged per director and can not be used in multiple companies. Where a director has more than one directorship the service should be purchased for each company he is involved with.
This service can also be used for Members of an LLP and Guarantors of a Limited by Guarantee company.
This service is renewed annually
This can be purchased as part of an incorporation package by selecting “Directors Service Address” as an additional service during the order process
Import your company details by creating an account and then you will be able to purchase this as a service for your company
