A business address is the location from which you operate and correspond on a day-to-day basis, and is often used on your website, marketing materials, invoices and email signatures. A registered office address, by contrast, is the official legal address of a company, recorded at Companies House and displayed on the public register and is used for receiving statutory mail and formal correspondence from government bodies.
Many businesses choose to use our address as their business address to enhance their professional image, particularly if they operate from home or do not require physical premises. It provides a credible commercial location for client correspondence, helps maintain personal privacy, and avoids the cost and commitment of leasing office space. The company will need a main correspondence address as well as a Registered Office and this service will provide you with a choice of one of two London addresses that can be used for your business.

All company formation agents, including ourselves, have a legal requirement under the Money Laundering Regulations to check Proof of ID and Address in respect of any service that includes address services. Do not worry, the majority of customers successfully pass our ID checks, with minimal impact. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you for further information. Please note that for address and other recurring services, as we do not have direct access to the ID used for the Companies House ID verification process, we have to complete our own internal verification relating to the ID and address of Directors and/or beneficial owners to comply with the required regulations.
