Apostilled simply means getting a UK public document “ authenticated ” to add an extra layer of security in respect of those documents. In the UK, this certification is undertaken by the Foreign & Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). You are likely to need this service if you are intending to register the company outside of the UK as they are likely to want the official Companies House documentation authenticated.
Most commonly this is requested when a business bank account is required in a foreign country or you wish to trade your business overseas.
Our standard service is a 24 hour turnaround from receipt of the document(s), which is dependent on the FCDO.
