However we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy.The server that provides the services offered by Same Day Company Services Limited runs on a Linux operating system which is continually monitored and all available security maintenance is carried out as and when required. The server is physically housed in high security premises in Telehouse, London. Access to the server is only provided to authorised personal via security identification badges, which are monitored onsite by video surveillance and 24 hour security personnel. Electronic access to the server is restricted at IP level by a firewall. All unnecessary TCP/IP ports are closed to public access except those necessary for the operation of the website and communications to Companies House.
